A comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of an athletic program within an organization to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of the athletic department. Assessment includes organizational structure, finances, facilities, policies and procedures, staff development, student-athlete experience, community and stake holder engagement, and risk management.

In partnership with the Center for Collaborative Classroom, educators will understand the level of their readers and learn more about research based Tier 1 instruction and intervention methods. Through reading comprehension, phonemic awareness, fluency, and writing strategies, students are met at their point of need. Evidence based findings demonstrate progress for accelerated readers as well as lower performing readers.

We will support your organization in any particular area that most benefits your organization. Through system review, strategies for implementation, and reflection on what does and doesn’t work for your community, we will navigate the necessary change to make your organization most effective. You may choose 1 on 1 coaching as an additional option for professional and personal growth at any level of leadership or staffing.
